Do you need help to stay motivated and fit working night shifts? Or maybe you're just curious what it is like to work in the night? This vlog shows you how I get enough sleep, eat healthy foods and fit in a workout or two at the gym in my healthy night shift routine. Welcome to summer shred episode 3, in this vlog I take you through my entire routine working 12 hour night shifts as a nurse in the UK. I eat breakfast before going to the gym, then have lunch after my workout and take an afternoon nap. I work through the night and go to bed at around 8am the next day. When I wake up in the afternoon I am SO hungry and have a huge meal before I head to the gym and work again. My final morning I go to bed around 8am and sleep until early afternoon.
