Intense 30 Minute Workout (NO EQUIPMENT) - My Workout Routine!

    What I love about this workout routine is that you really feel like you’re making the most of a 30 minute workout.
    I’m not a personal trainer or an exercise expert, but I just enjoy exercising and sports (along with eating). So this is a workout routine I often do when I’m at home in Bangkok, and it takes about 30 minutes.
    The idea of this workout is to keep moving for the entire time. Even if you need to slow down, you keep moving and keep exercising for the entire workout.
    Here are the sets:
    25 pushups
    10 toe touch situps
    20 mountain climbers
    10 crunches
    15 burpees
    About 100 meter jog
    Repeat for 6 times
    This workout is pretty strenuous and it makes the most of 30 minutes of your time.
    What I also love about this workout routine is that you don’t need a gym, you don’t need any equipment, you can just do it by yourself anywhere you are - even if you’re traveling.
