    This past weekend was pretty rough, on saturday i went out and i had a couple of drinks and on sunday i had a birthday one of my family members and i eat a lot of food i had some beers aswell :(
    I am being completely honest with you, i binged a bit on the weekend, so i need to balance it by eating healthy the coming days.
    Today i am trying something different and new. I am gonna try a high fat / protein and a low carb diet. It is not really a KETO diet but it is my version of a keto diet. My body i sensitive to carbs and can't handle it well, these past days i have been eating a lot of carbs and gianed some weight.
    I have never tried a keto diet for a long period of time, which i will do one day. But for now i am gonna do this for a whole week and i will let you know what my thoughts are on high fats. So far i am liking it!
    By trying different things you will get closer to your goal. Because experience is everything. Even if you know it won't work for you, you gotta try different things to know how it feels. And by doing that you will see exactly what suits / fits you!!
