Abs in 2 Weeks?! Chloe Ting 2 Week Shred Challenge. Can’t Believe These Results!

  • Today I Tried Chloe Ting 2 Week Shred and here is my REAL REALISTIC experience. I wasn't expecting these results at all! This 2 week workout was intense as you can see throughout the video. I decided to show the good, the bad, and everything in between. Towards the end of Chloe Ting's 2 week Shred Challenge I was excited about my results and the challenge being over. Seriously I was so done and relieved by the end of the video. I currently have diastasis rectic, which is an ab separation of the abdominal wall gained through my pregnancy and csection which has changed the appearance of my abdomen.
    I wanted to try this workout to see if I would see any results with my current fitness level and hopefully you'll be able to see the changes at the end of the video. I definitely will be incorporating more of these workouts throughout my mommy workout routine with my little ones in the future.
