I never thought I'd be posting a fitness video! I tried the Chloe Ting 2 week shred FREE workout program from Chloe's youtube channel and website. This workout program is all about full body exercises and abs! I definitely didn't go into this thinking I would end up with abs afterwards but I was 1000000% happy with the results I got :) I'm not usually one to do fitness regimes or diets etc but Chloe has been taking over youtube with her workouts so it was hard to ignore and it paid off. Once again I coupled the workouts with 1500 calories a day (max) to help my results along. Please don't feel pressured to look a certain way, we are all different and unique and all bodies are beautiful. I enjoy exercising because it helps me with my mental health, improves my overall mood (yes, really) and keeps me fit, so please only do this for you! ALSO WE FREAKING HIT 100 SUBSCRIBERS!!!!!!
