    I tried Chloe Ting's 2 Week Shred and it worked! I lost 2 inches with no other workouts and almost no change to my diet. In this video I'm sharing all the details about what I ate and how I made this program work for my lifestyle, plus before and after clips.
    *I'm not condoning unhealthy weight loss or extreme exercise practices, I did this for fun and to switch up my current exercise routine. Totally recommend it though, it was super fun and effective.
