    1A) Handstand Push Ups 5 x Sub-Max Reps (Leave 1 or 2 in the Tank)
    1B) Pull Ups (Any Grip) 5 x Sub-Max Reps
    (90 sec. rest)
    2A) Squat Jumps 5 x 10 reps
    2B) Squats 5 x 10 reps
    (60 sec. rest)
    3) hanging leg raise variations 3 x 10 reps
    (30 sec. rest)
    4) 1/2 Mile Run x AFAP (As Fast As Possible)
