Hugo & Rodzilla show you a short 15 minute shoulders bodybuilding workout that you can do from the comfort of your home to get some nice wide & round shoulder muscles. In this workout only dumbbells are used and the repetitions per set are fairly high 12-15 repetitions.
This is a great natural bodybuilding weight training routine that you can do from the comfort of your home for the purposes of gaining muscle and losing fat.
15 Minute Shoulders Hugo & Rodzilla Bodybuilding Workout:
Instructions: This is a fast paced workout, Only rest the amount of time that it takes for your partner to go through the set. If training alone, rest no more than 60 seconds.
Seated or Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Bent Over Lateral Raises 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Superset:
Dumbbell Lateral Raises 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Dumbbell Front Raises 3 sets of 12-15 reps
This routine should take you 15 minutes.
