    Hey Guys,
    Are you guys ready to sweat? I filmed this before I left for my summer vacation and I still remember we had to film this workout twice because the camera’s overheated since it was 95 degrees on that day. So I’ll make this your daily reminder to drink water and keep yourself properly hydrated during the hottest days of Summer! For today’s fitness video I wanted to ask everyone who tries this workout to comment an emoji that best describes how you felt after the workout. The next thing I want you to do is every time you try it to reply the emoji that best describes how you feel the second, third, and fourth time you try it. That way we can encourage each other to push ourselves to work hard and stay focused.     Have you guys found yourself feeling grateful for the life we get to live? Gratitude is so important and I myself have sometimes caught myself going through my life and not consciously acknowledging how lucky I am to have so much love and support in my life. I have my family, I have great friends, and I have YOU GUYS! Each and every person here's support means the world to me. Reading your positive comments, your stories, and just getting to know you guys in the comments has been something that I can't compare to anything else. You inspire me, this community gives me so many reasons to always focus on the positive, and when I travel by myself I never feel alone. I feel all of us walking together each of us on our own unique wellness journey's.
    We are all different, we all have struggles, we deal with things that are difficult, but remember guys we don't have to do it alone. So I challenge all of you to help a stranger, share a compliment with someone you are close to, and just send love into the world!
