    Happy New Years guys and welcome back to my channel.
    To kick-start 2019, I am bringing you a Tabata flat stomach workout which is going to tone your abs.
    There is one main circuit to do, that contains 8 exercises. Each is performed for 20 seconds with a 10 seconds rest, and then we repeat this circuit two times.
    The exercises are:
    - Reverse Crunches
    - Single Knee Crunch
    - Otherside
    - Heel Touchers
    - Single Arm Lift Plank
    - Knee In Kick
    - Otherside
    - Downward Toe Taps to Plank
