HOW TO GET 11 ABS LIKE A KPOP IDOL

  • Sharing my current ab workout routine that I've been doing at home to achieve the "11 abs" that so many kpop idols have ❤__❤
    I try to do 2-3 sets of this routine 4-5 times a week.
    - 1 minute plank
    - 15 leg raises
    - 15 raised leg crunches
    - 15 side crunches (30 total)
    - 15 bend extend ab tuck
    - 30 second bicycle
    - 30 knee to elbow plank
    - 30 hip twists
