I know many of you love doing my challenges, and I LOVE filming them for you as the stomach area is my favourite muscle to train ;) - so this week, I wanted to do a flat stomach challenge. For the routine, we are doing 10 exercises. Each exercise is 55 seconds and you only have a 5-second rest. If you find this intense, then just take a rest when needed and come straight back into it. Do what your body will allow and slowly build yourself back up.
