    Hey guys!
    Welcome back to my channel. Today, we are focusing all on the lower abs and performing my top exercises to get your lower abs nice and toned. Each exercise is being performed a total of 10 times and the circuit is repeated twice. I love super setting my workouts as I feel its great to burn the muscle outs! Below you can find the exercises we will be performing:
    1. Crossed Leg Raises
    2. Froggie Crunches
    3. Resisted Single Leg Crunch
    4. U Boat
    5. Hover Planks
    6. Plank Knee Crosses
    7. Plank Tuck Jumps
