Hi guys! Today, I'm sharing my ab routine that helped me to achieve abs like Emily Ratajkowski! This should only take you 10 minutes and all you will need is a mat (or carpet) and a five-pound dumbell. After implementing this circuit into my daily workout routine, I developed an ab crack of my own (still in the midst of developing though!).
