Core Workout for Women (TIGHTEN THE ABS WITH WEIGHTS!!)

    This core workout for women will help you tighten the abs with weights. It’s an abs workout that contains some of the best core exercises using weights. These weighted womens core exercises will help you take your core workouts to the next level and get your abs to really pop!
    To do this core workout, the only equipment you need is a heavy dumbbell and a medicine ball if you’ve got one. If you have no medicine ball, you may be able to adapt the last core exercise by using a dumbbell instead.
    Do 8-12 reps and 3 sets of each womens ab exercise. You could also do this core workout as a circuit by doing 8-12 reps of each ab exercise and then moving onto the next one. You’d do the entire abs workout 3 times through.
