RIPPED & TONED ABS | Intermediate 10 minute HIIT workout

  • In this 10 minute HIIT workout we'll be focusing on abs and core. 50 seconds on, 10 seconds rest will have those abs burning and the core screaming. The HIIT style workout will help to burn fat during the workout and a few hours after you'll keep burning calories.
