Get ready for my 5 Minute Abs Routine for a strong and sculpted core. Gymboss set to 30 secs for 10 rounds. As always my workouts stem from my dance background to get you lean, strong and defined without adding bulk. This is a great workout for dancers to do before class, rehearsal or an audition to quickly switch on their abs from all directions. A strong core will help dancers stabilize throughout their torso and improve balance and control through the body.
