10 Mintues Ab Workout for Fibromyalgia Pain/ Fibro-Fit Abs & Back

    This abs workout has been specifically designed for people dealing with Fibromyalgia pain who want to get tight and toned abs without the excess pain usually associated with doing traditional type abdominal routines. Done consistently these exercises help fight pain, increase serotonin, aids in better sleep and lowers cortisol (the belly fat hormone). Blood flow to the muscles heats them up and breaks up the crystals that cause the pain. Avoid exercising same body parts 2 days in a row, don’t do jerky movements and don’t lock joints, do 8-15 reps and stop anytime you feel pain. Use the modifications I provide for any moves that are too painful for you to do, and if they are still too painful stop and wait for the next exercise. Do this routine a few times first to see how you feel after for at least 2-3 days, and if you are consistently doing good and not in more pain than usual you can add more repetitions next time. Do this workout along with my other Fibro-Fit routines and you will feel and see the difference in no time! Enjoy.

    1. Round #1- 4 moves, each 15 repetitions or 30 seconds long
    2. Round #2- 5 moves, each 15 repetitions or 30 seconds long
    3. Stretch and Cool down
